Grosvenor Poker’s Road to Vegas Promo: Final Chance to Win £4,000 WSOP Package
The Road to Vegas promotion from Grosvenor Poker is close to the finish line. There are only three chances left to win a £4,000 package and join Team Grosvenor at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas. These final qualifiers are scheduled for Sunday, May 18, May 25, and June 1, each starting at 6:00 p.m. BST. At least two packages are awarded in each final, with more added depending on the total prize pool.
To reach a final, players must qualify through a Day 1 satellite, which runs daily at 8:30 p.m. BST and also at 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. Each Day 1 has a £110 buy-in, and there is no direct entry into the finals—you must advance through one of these Day 1 events to play for the full package.
What’s in the £4,000 Road to Vegas Package?
Each £4,000 package covers all the essentials needed for a WSOP trip. For starters, it includes a $1,500 buy-in to the WSOP 2025 Millionaire Maker event.
In addition to the tournament entry, package winners receive seven nights of hotel accommodation at Paris Las Vegas, fully covered, including resort fees and taxes. Flights from the UK to Las Vegas are also included. The package also offers about $700 in spending money, depending on the cost of flights at the time.
Winners also get extra perks such as branded Grosvenor Poker merchandise, a Last Longer competition among Team Grosvenor members, a hosted downtown Vegas outing, welcome drinks for them and a guest, and entry to a planned hospitality event.
Millionaire Maker: One of the WSOP’s Largest Events
The Millionaire Maker is one of the biggest tournaments in the WSOP. In 2024, the event had 10,939 entries and a prize pool of $14,603,565. The winner, Franco Spitale of Argentina, earned $1,250,125. Justin Carey, the runner-up, received the same amount due to a heads-up deal. The tournament lasted five days and attracted players from all over the world.
The 2025 edition will follow a similar format and is expected to draw another massive field. Package winners from Grosvenor Poker will join thousands of other players aiming to win a WSOP bracelet and possibly a million-dollar prize.
Step Satellites: A Lower-Cost Way to Enter
For players who can’t afford the £110 Day 1 buy-in, Grosvenor offers step satellites. They run every day and provide lower-cost paths to a Day 1 seat.
Each day at 7:00 p.m. BST, there’s a freeroll awarding ten £1 tickets. Then, hourly £1 and £5 rebuy tournaments run throughout the day, giving players more chances to move up. At 6:00 p.m. daily, a £5 rebuy satellite guarantees at least five £110 tickets into a Day 1.
With this structure, players can move from a free entry all the way to a WSOP seat in Las Vegas, making the promotion accessible to players with any bankroll size.
WSOP 2025: The Full Summer Schedule
The 2025 WSOP begins on May 27 and runs through July 16. It features 100 live bracelet events, which is the most in the series’ 56-year history. This will be the first WSOP run under the ownership of GGPoker’s parent company, NSUS Group Inc., which acquired the brand from Caesars Entertainment for $500 million.
The first tournament is the $1,000 Mystery Millions, which includes a $1 million top mystery bounty and runs across multiple starting flights. Other early highlights include the $25,000 Heads-Up Championship on May 30 and the $10,000 Mystery Bounty event on June 1.
But, of course, the $10,000 Main Event, which begins on July 2, remains the centerpiece of the series. The 2024 winner, Jonathan Tamayo, earned $10 million after topping a record field of 10,112 players. This year’s Main Event again features four starting days, from July 2 to July 5, with the final table scheduled for July 15 and 16.
New Events and High Roller Additions
Several new events are being added this year. The $1,000 Battle of the Ages takes place on June 22, with players aged 50+ competing in Day 1A and players under 50 entering Day 1B. The surviving players merge for Day 2.
Pot-Limit Omaha also has three new events, including a record-breaking $100,000 High Roller on July 1. This sets a new WSOP high for PLO buy-ins. In 2024, the highest PLO buy-in was $50,000, which drew 131 players and awarded Daniel Perkusic the $2.1 million top prize.
A new $5,000 Super Turbo Bounty event is set for July 8, and mixed game fans will see the introduction of a $3,000 T.O.R.S.E. event on July 11. This mixed rotation removes No-Limit Hold’em and adds 2-7 Limit Triple Draw instead.
