Just last night I made the cash on PokerStars (I'd been raising pre-flop almost twice as much as anyone else), and I interpreted a late position reraise to be an agressive attempt to shut me down, nothing more-- so I pushed them all in on the flop, thinking A. they probably missed it, and B. surely they would drop the hand when their reraise had failed. Oh, whoops, forgot to have a hand myself when they turned over pocket 3's for a set and knocked me from chip leader to soon busting out in 5th place. It was one of those tournaments that had been "mine, all mine!" from the very beginning, too. Obi-Wan is right-- "patience, young Padewan". Thanks for a timely and thought provoking article.
