    Yep, you check.

Villain minraises (20) and you call (as if a minraise was going to push you off the hand!).

    The river is

You now have a full house. The pot is 1155. You have 1507 in your stack, and the villain has 700.

    What do you do?

Now it is increasing unlikely he has the ace, however that min-raise can certainly mean he had one. You decide that if you are going to go to the end, you might as well bet 700. If not, check and see what happens.

Not liking the "one-card" full house much, but, having gotten this far, I'm guessing those 700 chips end up in the middle.

Seriously, though, avoid spots like this like the plague, certainly in sit&go's. This is exactly why one makes nitty folds.

Sorry for the delay guys. Life got in the way for a little bit :)

Yep, no way this is a fold, so as you said, Rycky, it's a bet. You put in 780 to put him all in and he instacalls.

He flips over for quad aces.

Frankly, he had us crushed from the get-go and consistently failed to extract value. He just got lucky that he was playing against us and thanks to our aggression all the chips went into the middle.

    Thanks for playing guys!

When a passive player like that makes a X5 preflop raise I hear alarm bells... I'm putting him on mostly QQ+/AK and I'm considering folding this hand pre-flop OOP here with this low SPR.
The flop looks good but it really hits most of this range better than our bottom-2pr, unless he has QQ.
So our hand is really SDV and I'm happy checking and calling his mini-bets till the river.

For me it's a fold pre-flop. It's a marginal hand, against an EP raiser and two callers. You're not closing the action, and you'll have to play the streets out of position. Good SNG strategy would say to save your chips in the early stages...

This should be an easy fold in a STT.

Just a standard trouble spot where it's better to stay out of trouble early on rather than playing OOP against an EP open where we're going to get sucked in to making a top pair hand with a second best kicker.
