Wow...I'm at a table with all EE peeps...they raise with any 2 suited cards and call to the end with nothing...I should be ruling this game but I have lost one buy in and about to lose another...I just lost with Pocket Q's to 7-4c by calling an all in bet preflop
 Any strategy tips other than to go play a round of golf?

Keep doing what you're doing! I would love a game where people raise with any 2 and stay in until the end.
That is a ripe game. Keep your head, don't even think about going on tilt, and meet those buggers at the end with good hands! Give variance the finger and go ahead and rule that game like you're supposed to!
