I get those myself quite often...I find it's best to not get any lube and just rough it out...makes it hurt less the next time...

why yes i slow played it. if you mean betting 1/2 to 2/3rds pot on every street. your right i prolly just some donkey that check called all the way until the river and thats why i cant figure out why i got out drawn.
