Default Made a Great Play With a Pair of Fours!



NL5 Rush

Playing one last session before I leave. [check out the thread in the off topic area for details]

On the flop my opponent tanked, then took a little time, before calling. At this point I thought he was weak so I felt that a pot-sized bet would win me the pot almost every time.

If he called I was just going to give it up.

Hard hand to comment on, since it's entirely dependent on how you read your opponent, and what you believe he thinks you have. In this case, you played off his read of you, and you were correct. He believed you. Well done.
