Not sure who is going to make it out of the Vikings and the Saints. But I will offer this, I think the NFC championship game should be more interesting of a game then the Superbowl.

Coming from someone who lives in Indianapolis--
HOLD ON ONE @#$%^&* MINUTE! Let's break it down. 1. The Saints are a cool-headed, efficient scoring machine which is firing right now on all cylinders and has home field advantage for Sunday's NFC championship game. 2. The Vikings are just the kind of passionate, hot-headed, make or break team that could roll into N'awlins and throw a wrench into the machine. It's Brett Favre's last chance to make it to the Big Dance. Don't count them out. 3. The Colts are the cool-headed, all business, big-play team whose defense is frankly playing lights-out at the right time. I wouldn't want to be a rookie quarterback facing Freeney and Mathis right now. Home field advantage and the need to prove the naysayers wrong are powerful motivators for them, not to mention having the only 4 time MVP on your team in Peyton Manning. Only a madman would want to face them on their own turf. 4. And madmen is exactly what the Jets are. Hotheaded, preening, crazy-believing-"team of destiny"-momentum-riding madmen. They are just the kind of team who could keep rolling on and shock everyone. So, all of that having been said (and since we're poker players who are always looking for the bet with an edge): ---Brett Favre will not be able to withstand the Saints balanced attack. It could be a shootout for the ages, but one or two critical mistakes will decide this game, and it won't be the Saints who make them. Besides, if Reggie Bush keeps playing like he did last week, dominating all phases of his game, it will be a sad day for the Vikings. --The Colts will jump to an early lead, possibly even by 2 touchdowns, and the Jets will be forced into catch-up mode-- which they haven't had to do yet in the playoffs. The Colts are simply the better team by far on both sides of the ball. Mark Sanchez will never be able to go stride for stride with Peyton Manning, and I don't care how mad-crazy and desirous the Jets are, Cinderella's pumpkin gets crushed by the Colts defense and nobody wants it more --or has worked harder for it-- than Peyton. The Colts will destroy the Jets, and early. Which puts the two teams who went the longest in the season as undefeateds into the Super Bowl-- and Peyton Manning will not be denied. Too much will, cunning, effort, experience, and desire. You heard it here first.

Screw all that, Vikings all the way. Been waiting forever for them to win it all, now sounds like a good time.
