Default AA vs KK vs QQ

I sat down to play a little bit of cash, and this happened after just a few hands.......

Gotta love it when that happens, which isn't often. Happy days!

Sweet!

I love the smoothcall after the 4-bet.

Yeah, last night. I'd not played any cash games for weeks - a nice welcome back.

Thanks. I thought this was the best move, not knowing they both had what they had. Although I think the money was going in on the flop regardless. Just one of those dream situations.

Fantastic hand AA vers KK QQ.
If I was in that hand my AA would have got cracked by the QQ's hitting on the river for a set.

Well done and well played.

Congrats on the $269.31 Score.

That is great as long as you can avoid '"reverse tilt". I suffer from this sometimes. You know when you run really good get some monster hands and feel you can run over everyone, then magically your chips are gone.

Yeah, good point Chris. Thankfully that didn't happen (this time).

@ Private Penguin - yes, amazing. The jack was a scary card - thought it was a K or Q for a second.

Last night in a £1/£2 NLHE game (Grosvenor Casino Reading), three players were all-in pre-flop for about £130 each with AA, KK, AK.
One of the KK is the only spade of the six cards.
By the turn, we have a Q and T, plus 3 spades on board...

River is a J (no spade), giving AK the win.
Great hand for the spectators to watch for the players' reactions as each card was dealt.

Of course if this had happened on PokerStars there would have been a half hour rant about how the game is rigged...
