Interesting laydown but it could be the correct one. I was questioning your EP limp but as you described it you were expecting a raise and got it plus a 3bet which worked out in your favor then. I probably would have made a bigger 4bet but your reraise still accomplished one important goal; you got heads-up with the 3bettor.
On the flop you represented that you had a big hand and he responded with a huge over-shove of 62 BBs. You were only getting 1.4:1 on your money which meant you had to be right a high percentage of the time. But what is he shoving so much money with check/raising you? I don't think it's QQ 'cause he'd want to keep you in the pot most likely. The most likely hand I can think of is AK of diamonds in which case you're only a slight favorite. In this spot it's a very risky gamble if you think the Ks are ahead 'cause there are very few, if any, hands you're a big favorite against.
So I say this was a good and disciplined laydown.
